Twenty-nine modalities, one body, your body.
I work integratively. Trigger point and myofascial form the spine of most sessions, woven with Eastern presence and Spa softness where they fit. Below: the conditions I treat most often, then every modality I draw from.
Came in for
Twelve conditions I treat most often.
Sciatica, TMJ, whiplash, headaches, back and neck pain — the patterns that bring people through the door. Each links to the modalities I usually pair with it.
TMJ
Jaw tension carries into temples, neck, and shoulders — released layer by layer.
How I treat itHeadache & Migraine
Many headaches start in soft-tissue holding patterns in the neck and scalp.
How I treat itArthritis
Gentle range-of-motion work eases load on joints without forcing.
How I treat itCarpal Tunnel
Forearm, wrist, and hand work to decompress without surgery as the first step.
How I treat itSciatica
Soft-tissue release around the piriformis and glutes, plus stretch protocols.
How I treat itWhiplash
Layered neuromuscular work for the cervical chain and shoulder girdle.
How I treat itNumbness & Tingling
Working back from compressed nerves through the muscle and fascia above them.
How I treat itNeuropathy
Reflexology and circulation work to support symptomatic relief.
How I treat itAnxiety
Breath work, guided meditation, and slow nervous-system-down regulation.
How I treat itDepression
Mind, body, and spirit — touch and presence as adjunct support, never replacement.
How I treat itBack & Neck Pain
Most common reason people come in — usually a layered postural pattern.
How I treat itShoulder & Hip Pain
Sharp or dull. Sports, sleep posture, and old injuries all leave fingerprints.
How I treat it
Western Modalities
Clinical, neuromuscular, postural.
The technical spine of the practice — trigger point and myofascial paired with deep tissue, stretching, and assistive tools like the Theragun and pre-decompression chair.
Trigger Point Therapy
Long slow pressure to break soft-tissue holding patterns from years of imbalance and injury.
Myofascial Therapy
Sustained work on the fascial layer that wraps muscle — restores glide and range.
Deep Tissue
Targeted depth without forcing — going only as fast as the body allows.
Swedish
Long flowing strokes for whole-body nervous-system downshift.
Sports
Pre- and post-event work for athletes and weekend warriors alike.
Therapeutic Stretching
Assisted, passive stretching to restore normal range of motion.
Pregnancy
Side-lying positioning and gentler pressure for every trimester.
Hot / Cold
Thermal contrast to drive circulation and quiet inflammation.
Theragun Treatment
Percussion therapy to wake up stuck tissue before the slow work begins.
Pre-Decompression Chair
Spinal traction in a high-end recliner — primes the lumbar before hands-on.
Red Laser for Inflammation
Low-level light therapy applied to inflamed tissue and stubborn knots.
Home Therapy Programs
Stretches, exercises, and posture-cises to keep the work going between sessions.
Inversion Table
Gentle traction by gravity — used selectively for sciatic and low-back patterns.
Eastern Modalities
Energetic, breath, presence.
The slower, quieter cousins of the table work — meridian points, foot mapping, intentional hands, breath. Woven in where the body asks for them.
Acupressure
Precise point work along the meridians — the manual cousin of acupuncture.
Reflexology
Foot and hand mapping that touches the whole body without touching the whole body.
Energy Work
Quiet, intentional hands held over the body — for nervous-system regulation.
Chakra Balancing
Slow attention down each energy center, paired with breath.
Guided Meditation
A short spoken thread woven into the session — for anxiety, sleep, or grief.
Breath Work
Simple paced breathing to lower the threshold of the work that follows.
Spa
Comfort, ambience, gifting.
Add-ons and finishes — warm stones, real oils, CBD on request, a hot yoga corner, couples sessions, and packages for the work that takes a few visits.
Hot Stone
Warm basalt placed and glided — for deep relaxation and circulation.
Aromatherapy
Real essential oils, chosen for the session, never sprayed.
CBD
Topical CBD added on request — for chronic local pain and inflammation.
Hand / Foot / Face
A short focused finish — or a full add-on. Often the favorite part.
Hot Yoga Station
A warm corner to settle into a few held shapes after the table.
Couples Massage
Two tables, one quiet room, one shared hour.
Package Deals
Multi-session packages for clients working through a longer pattern.
Session lengths
Choose the depth you need.
Sessions are available in 60, 90, 120 minutes. Most focused work happens on 1–2 problem areas, so each minute is honest about what it can change.
60min
A focused hour
One or two problem areas. Enough time for real work; not so long the body resists.
90min
The middle path
Most clients land here. Room for trigger-point work plus an integrative add-on.
120min
The deep visit
For layered patterns, post-injury work, or clients arriving from out of town.

Most sessions blend two or three. I will help you pick over the phone — there is no extra charge for the modalities you choose.
